Limitation and Warranty.

Services ) reserves the right to certain conditions of sale when
a product is purchased.
Of these conditions, we expect and assume that
the customer...
Knows exactly what it is
that they are ordering, and how it works before
installation ( Any problems or queries can be
sorted out via email and with the use of our digital
camera for visual verification before purchase.)
Is qualified or trained in
the correct installation of such products, should the
installer not be qualified - then all warranties shall be
null and void.
Is responsible and
understanding in the use of 240volt or 110volt powered
componentry and currently holds such a licence to work on
240/110volt powered mains equiptment, should that
component require direct connection to the mains power
grid.
- Understands that incorrect installation
voids any or all warranties expressed or implied and
indemnifies myarcadegames.com from any
legal action because of circumstances beyond the control
of myarcadegames.com.
- Understands that while myarcadegames.com
strives to provide prompt shipping and safe transport of
all gameboard/components etc. that it cannot be held
responsible for any damage done to any product once the
product has left the care of our staff, insurance for
shipping is the purchasers responsibility and is
recommended on all purchases over $10.00c aud.
- It is understood that many of the game
printed circuit boards are in electronic terms "
Antique " and are tested thoroughly before leaving
our care ( we enjoy that part the best ) but cannot be
guaranteed to work upon arrival due to in-transit damage,
or simply because of component failure ( see condition 2
and 3 )
- We promise to take the best possible care
to keep you, the customer happy - we will package and
ensure that the game board or component you purchase is
packaged to the best possible standard it can be while
being within reason to maintain a reasonable shipping
weight and keep the shipping box to a reasonable size.
- If for some reason, a product is ordered
and should become unavailable - either due to a delay in
shipping from a supplier or otherwise ( discontinuation
of production ) we shall offer a refund to the value of
the parts required or offer a credit note for use at any
time within 12 months of the date of issue.
- Understands that all prices on the website
of myarcadegames.com are subject to variance and
occasional operator input error, please email or phone us
to confirm availability before your order to avoid
disappointment.
- Understands that there is LETHAL voltages
present inside ALL arcade machines, and is aware that
there is ALWAYS a risk of severe shock or electrocution,
and indemnifies myarcadegames.com from
anything silly they do inside their own machine while
poking or prodding around stuff they dont know much about
:)
And finally that you will continue to come back
to us for everything they need.. and hopefully will tell others
about the service we offer.. should we not provide the service
which is expected - please tell us, so that we can make it better
for you in the future and others like you who are looking for
something arcade related.
